Collapse ▲The holidays are coming and although it can be a very happy time for people, it can also be stressful. We can often be overwhelmed by all that we need to accomplish over the holidays.
Now more than ever it’s important to take care of yourselves and others. Mental Health First Aid training is available through NC State to help you develop skills to help someonce experienceing a mental health or substance abuse challenge. Please visit the Wolfpack Wellness website to learn more about training and to register for upcoming classes. Classes are now available through June of 2022. We can also design classes for departments or offices. If you want a training for your particular office, please contact Nikki Kurdys for assistance.
