For our current employees and students: Your 2025 W-2 is now available in MyPack Portal for on-line viewing & printing. You will need to disable the pop-up blocker in the portal and have Adobe Reader to view/print this pdf form. To access your W-2 form, log into MyPack Portal using your unity id and password.  The navigation is:

Employee Self Service> Payroll and Compensation> View/Print W-2/W-2c

Important: Your W-2 contains your social security number, a vital key to identity theft. Do not leave your computer screen unattended when viewing this document and promptly retrieve the printed copy if you route it to a network printer shared by others.

All former employees & students will receive a printed 2025 W-2 at the end of January mailed to the home address we have on file.  If you have a different address, please email the address to the Payroll Office including your full name and the last 4 digits of your SSN.  We will update your address in our system and forward the W-2 if it is returned.  The address is Payroll-gen@ncsu.edu

Former employees & students also have access to their W-2s online in MyPack Portal until April 30, 2026.  You will need your unity id, password, and be enrolled in the Duo 2-Factor Authentication.  If you are unable to log into the portal, contact the NC State Help Desk at 919-515-4357.  The Help Desk will be able to assist you with access and reset your password as long as you have security questions on file with them.
